Do I need to travel to Pakistan for my case?
In most cases, no. You sign a special power of attorney at the Pakistani embassy or consulate where you live, and your advocate appears for you in court and government offices. Some steps, such as a nikah or a NADRA biometric check, need you to join by video or visit a NADRA or embassy counter abroad.
How do I give a power of attorney from abroad?
We draft the special power of attorney for your exact matter. You sign it at your nearest Pakistani embassy or consulate, then send it to us by courier. Some offices in Pakistan also ask for the Ministry of Foreign Affairs to verify the embassy stamp, which we arrange.
How will I know what is happening in my case?
You get an update on WhatsApp after every hearing or office visit, with copies of orders and documents. You can call or message your advocate at any time.
